Satellite Radio – The new Audi came with XM, and after only three days, I won’t listen to regular 
radio again.  I never thought I would enjoy it so much, but it is awesome!  
I agree with your thoughts on time delayed/Tivo for radio, and think that will come as well.  
Personalization will also improve, both for TV and Radio (see folks like MyDTV.net)

Cell phone/PDA – I agree that the PDA will go the way of the dinasour, but I think your 
cell phone will become your new computer.  Cell phone growth is incredible still 
(there were 60MM cell phones sold in the month of November worldwide), and functionality continues to improve.  

One area that I think will go more mainstream in ’05 will be the whole blogging/RSS feeds.  
This will slowly become the preferred method for both publishing and receiving information.  
The photoblog area will be bigger than the homepage craze.
